Rubén Altman
Co-Founder
Linkedin
Rubén has a deep love for nature and its inhabitants, which is why he co-founded antom.
Prior to this, in 2016, he was one of the co-founders of RSK, a blockchain platform advocating for a more just and inclusive financial system, where assets worth over USD 500M are currently managed. Before that, he co-founded Kinetica Solutions, a software factory specializing in software development for companies in the US and Europe.
Rubén enjoys interacting with people who are eager to become entrepreneurs and and learn. He has taught at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Escuela ORT, and collaborates with various projects, including startups and NGOs.
He is happily married to Elvira (pictured next) and they share two wonderful boys. He enjoys good food, traveling, and staying active. In 2022, he fulfilled his dream when Messi lifted the World Cup with the Argentine National Team in Qatar.

Elvi is deeply committed to caring for the planet and its people.
She studied International Relations at the Universidad Di Tella and completed a postgraduate degree in NGO management. After a career in the third sector in Argentina and the United Kingdom, she ventured into the entrepreneurial world. In 2008, she founded ANDA Responsible Tourism, a pioneering travel agency in Latin America.
During the pandemic, she decided to renew her entrepreneurial energy and her commitment to a better world. Together with her husband Rubén, they co-founded antom.
Elvi is mother to Andrés and Tomás, two wonderful children. In her constant pursuit of balance, she practices yoga and art—primarily painting, but more recently ceramics and sumi-e.
She loves her family, traveling, and contemplating the beauty our planet has to offer.

Lucía holds a degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and a journalism degree from TEA. She is currently pursuing a master’s in Innovation, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at Universidad Pompeu Fabra.
She entered the Venture Capital world by chance in 2019, and since then has continued to be inspired by the talent and creativity of entrepreneurs from Argentina and across the region. She believes this is a powerful engine for development—which is why being part of the ecosystem excites her.
She enjoys being part of antom because her work here is one piece of the mechanism that helps turn ideas capable of making the world a little better into reality.
Paula Alvarado

She has worked as a journalist and content editor focused on sustainable design and responsible consumption for over 15 years. She was a correspondent for TreeHugger.com; contributed to outlets such as La Nación, Living, and Seventeen Argentina; conducted trend research for Iconoculture and WGSN; and led strategic content projects for brands like Discovery Communications Latin America and La Nación (one of Argentina’s largest media groups), among others.

Since joining the team, she has helped shape the Latin American climate tech ecosystem by building narratives around regenerative, low-carbon innovation through Pulse, the newsletter she co-authors with Rubén Altman.
